Refund and Withdrawal Policy

All products sold on this Website are digital goods (eBooks or Reading Packages). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose the right to cancel once you have agreed to receive the digital content immediately.

By completing a purchase, you:
– Confirm immediate access
– Acknowledge loss of right to cancel once access begins

Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted if:
– You were charged in error
– Content was faulty or inaccessible

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days by emailing info@airbookstore.com with order details.

Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 14 business days.
