Digital Content License Terms

These Digital Content License Terms (“License Terms”) form part of the overall Terms and Conditions governing the use of https://airbookstore.com (“Website”) operated by TERRASOFT GMBH, Kärntner Ring 5-7, 1010 Vienna, Austria, company number 641481f (“Airbookstore”, “we”, “us”).

By purchasing or accessing any digital book (“eBook”) or content package (“Reading Package”) via the Website, you accept these License Terms.

1. License Grant
   Upon purchase or access activation, Airbookstore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and read the specific eBook(s) included in your order or reading package.
2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only
   You are granted a license solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not:
   – Share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or transmit any eBook;
   – Sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly display the content;
   – Extract, mine, or reuse substantial parts of the content.
3. Access Restrictions
   Access to eBooks is browser-based and may require an active internet connection. Offline downloading or printing of eBooks is not permitted unless explicitly stated.
4. Content Usage Period
   – Single eBook purchases allow indefinite access for personal use, subject to these License Terms.
   – Reading Packages grant access to a number of eBooks for a limited time or quota, as specified at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
   All eBooks and Website content remain the property of Airbookstore or its content licensors. You acquire no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Suspension and Termination
   We may suspend or revoke access to any digital content if you breach these License Terms or our general Terms and Conditions. No refund will be issued for violations.
7. Technical Limitations
   You are responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet connection are compatible with our platform. We are not liable for access issues arising from your own technical setup.
8. Amendments
   Airbookstore reserves the right to modify these License Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated License Terms.
9. Governing Law
   These License Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Vienna, Austria.
