By accessing or using this Website, and by purchasing any of our digital book services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

12. 12. 2. About Our Services
           Airbookstore provides access to digital book content only. Users may:
           – Purchase a single digital book (“eBook”) for individual access; or
           – Purchase a pre-paid package (“Reading Package”) granting access to a fixed number of books.

All content is delivered digitally via online access. No physical goods are shipped.

12. 12. 3. Eligibility and Account
           To make purchases or access content, you must be at least 18 years old and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
        4. Nature of Digital Goods
           All content is digital and accessed online through your user account. Access may be limited to streaming or browser-based reading. Downloading or copying eBooks is not permitted unless explicitly authorised.
        5. Pricing and VAT
           All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable UK VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time before the contract is concluded.
        6. Order Process and Contract Formation
           Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The contract is formed when access to the digital content is granted via your user account.
        7. Access to Digital Content
           You are responsible for maintaining access through a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for third-party outages or compatibility issues.
        8. Right to Cancel and Refunds
           In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose the right to cancel once digital content is made available to you, provided:
           – You have given your express consent to immediate delivery, and
           – You acknowledged the loss of your right to cancel.

By completing a purchase, you confirm both of the above. Refunds will only be granted where content is defective, inaccessible, or misrepresented.

           All eBooks and Website content are the property of Airbookstore or its licensors and are protected by UK copyright law. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
        10. Limitations of Use
            You agree not to:
            – Share login credentials with others;
            – Attempt to reverse engineer or copy platform content;
            – Circumvent digital access controls or DRM protections.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

12. 11. Warranty and Liability
        Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related digital content legislation apply. We are not liable for:
        – Minor bugs or service interruptions,
        – Incompatibility with third-party devices,
        – Indirect or consequential losses.
